Here at the DEN we teach kickboxing (American rules, muay thai rules, and international rules) boxing, and self defense. Our kickboxing and boxing lessons are full contact. We compete several times a year in the surrounding areas including the Arnold Classic. We offer training 4 nights a week and personal training is available.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at The Den:
Tuesday - 5:30 to 7:30 Routine Workout
Thursday - 5:30 to 7:30 Sparring
Friday - 5:30 to 7:30 Routine Workout
Sunday - 5:30 to 7:30 Routine Workout
Routine Workouts consist of warm up, shadow boxing, bag work, mitts, shield work, and ab routine.
