I started when I was 6 years old. My adhd was horrible and my parents put me in Hapdosool to see if it would help. And boy did it! I was able to focus more and control my emotions, which allowed me to do quite well in school and life. Not only that, I’ve trained many types of martial arts after Hapsosool because that’s part of the school’s philosophy. I found that much of what I learned there were the best parts of each style and that when you learn more about each after Hapdosool, it enhances everything you learned before. Truly amazing style!
Since these schools are few, I also highly recommend Krav Maga.
Personally, the next style I’m looking forward to learning is Mastro!!!
