CMAC-JUDO focuses on teaching the traditional values of Judo in a family friendly atmosphere. Not only do we teach traditional and competition judo but we emphasize judo as a form of exercise whose mantra of "mutual welfare and benefit" can be applied to all aspects in life.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at CMAC-Judo:
Class schedule is as follows:
Monday and Thursday:
Juniors: 6:30pm-7:15pm with open mat practice after class.
Seniors: 7:30pm-830pm with open mat practice after class.
Tuesday:
7:30pm-9:00pm Fight Night (competition training) all sparing (randori)
Wednesday:
6:00pm-7:00pm junior/senior blended class.
