Chung's School teaches Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu, lion dance and Wu style Tai Chi. Sifu Henry Chung has been practicing Praying Mantis Kung Fu for more than fifty years. Class size is small and the atmosphere at the school is friendly and welcoming.
