We are a Tae Kwon Do school that incorporates the best modern training practices while continuing to promote traditional values, such as respect and discipline. Classes are offered for adults and children.
Jacob Cho is our head instructor and offers a lifetime of experience. He was trained by his father, the living martial arts legend, Grandmaster Hee Il Cho.

Lil’ Panthers Track A

Youth Beginner (white & yellow)
• Tue 5:15pm
• Thurs 5:15pm
• Sat 11am
Youth Advanced (orange & higher)
• Mon 4:10pm
• Wed 4:10pm
• Fri 5:15pm (1.5 hour class)
• Sat 11am
Pre-Teen & Teen Beginner – 11-yrs & up (white & yellow)
• Mon 5:15pm (Mon dedicated class for older kids)
• Thurs 5:15pm
• Sat alternate weekly: youth at 11am / adults at 12:15
Pre-Teen & Teen Advanced – 11-yrs & up (orange & higher)
• Mon 5:15pm (Mon dedicated class for older kids)
• Wed 4:10pm
• Fri 5:15pm (1.5 hour class)
• Sat alternate weekly: youth at 11am / adults at 12:15
Youth Semi-Private Groups
• Tue/Thurs 4:10pm ~ meet every other week
Youth Demo & Fight Teams
• Wed 5:15pm ~ teams alternate meeting each week
Adult TKD

Adult KickFit: Fitness Kickboxing
