I've instructed by Mr. Abu Sayed since 2013. And after learning kickboxing, wingchun techniques, i'm becoming more confident each day. Jeet Kune Do is combined approach through learning of kickboxing, wing chun, & grappling. A good friendly environment is available to make someone confident.
