Champion Taekwondo

Champion Taekwondo has been in business at the Baxter Village location since 2010. Taekwondo is a Korean based art, known for its kicking techniques, however at Champion Taekwondo our approach includes many other aspects of martial arts training. Our goal is to fit the training to the body type, needs, and interests, rather than simply teaching one-size-fits-all classes. We offer programs for all ages- men, women, and children.

Character development is the real lesson of Taekwondo. We teach following the core five tenets of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control. and indomitable spirit both on and off the mat.

Programs & Class Schedule

Champion Taekwondo offers a trial program for anyone interested in our classes. It is $20 and includes 3 classes and a beginner uniform. The classes to attend for the trial are any age and level appropriate time offered on the schedule. http://www.championtkdbaxter.com/schedule.html
I recommend averaging 2 to 3 classes per week minimum attendance. Once you get that established then plan come in any time for the trial. I like to keep things as simple as possible so the trial works like this:

• Choose the class you want to try first.
• Come on in and get started that day.
• You don't need an appointment.
​
If you want to just stop in and watch you are welcome to do that also, take a minute to talk with some of the other folks watching...they will be happy to tell you how their experience has been with the program. Tuition beyond the trial is not listed on the website but here are a few important things that I tell everyone when I give them my rates:

I don’t do contracts. Every student in my program gets leadership training. There will never be an “up-sell” program or special class where you would be asked to pay for these types of benefits.

You could pick up a copy of the rates along with any other information you might need in the lobby of the studio. I am also happy to email them upon request.
