I've been to other schools in Central Florida and this is one of the best. Multiple instructors that understand what they are doing and how to teach it. Be ready to work and you will not be disappointed.
Not a commercial school, students get one-on-one hands on instruction with a certified instructor. Classes kept small for more personal instruction. Instructors are Detailed Oriented as to the how, and why of Self-Defense principles and execution of technique. Geared to Adult and Late Teen with focus in real-life self-defense not sport competition.
