Catonsville Seido Karate provides training for self-development, self-defense, and physical fitness for adults, teens, and children. Just 20 minutes from downtown Baltimore, 15 minutes from UMBC, and 10 minutes from CCBC Catonsville.
Classes are taught by Sensei Tom Swiss, a fourth-degree black belt with over twenty-five years experience in karate. Class size is small, so each student receives individual attention. See our website at http://catonsville.seidomd.com
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Catonsville Seido Karate:
Tuesday:
6:00-7:00pm Vital Power Exercise (Qi Gong, Shiatsu, and Meditation)
7:00-8:00pm Adult/Teen Karate
Thursday:
6:00-7:00pm Youth (ages 7-13) Parents are welcome to take this class
7:00-8:00pm Adult/Teen Karate
Our 6pm Thursday class is geared towards elementary and middle school age students, age 7-13. (Students age 6 may be admitted on a case-by-case basis.) Parents are welcome to take this class with their children.
Teens 13 and up are welcome to take the 7pm class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Drop-in or monthly rates available. No long-term contracts.
