There's very few martial arts schools out there like Cat Ching Do Defensive Arts.
Master Sonny Couch gives down to earth, heart to heart, real world instruction. Plus it's a great work out, an it works. Being a student my self I've gone out an worked with martial artist of other styles an found I was able to hold my own.
I highly recommend everyone visits Cat Ching Do.
Mr Catchings and Mr Couch are awesome instructors teaching the beginners to experienced
Martial arts on a personal level. Group classes are centered on the individual and their own
Style of learning. This is NOT a pay money to get another colored belt system! Even skilled, fast learners won't be promoted in less than a year. They stress hands on learning, you will earn your bruises. This
Is a great place, not only to start but to stay. The instructors are NOT about the money, the students
are their business. If you pay too much, and your kid still can't fight, CATCHINGDO is a MUST!!
Mr. Couch, A one legged, ex-special forces, 7th degree, karate master teaching how to fight and defend yourself. .and he can still kick your butt. ..enough said.
