I am currently a student in the adult class. This is a very good husband wife instructor pair who is very thoughtful of the training each student gets. Child classes and adult classes. Meets Monday evening at the middle school gym. It has been much more fun than I had thought, I train with my son and he enjoys it too. Bring your kids and train with them.
