This is what you have been looking for! Karate training focusing on adult instruction. This is traditional Okinawan Shorin ryu karate. The Grand Master visits at least once per year.
These are street proven effective techniques based on natural body movements. The smaller women easily handle stronger men.
While this is self defense focused it is really a lot of fun, too!
