We have kata and Sparring classes for beginners through advanced. Aerobics classes on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 11 am $2.00 at the door. Classes are also held Saturday Morning from 9:00am-11:30am for Sparring and individual training sessions.
Chief instructor Shihan Hercle Brown has been in Karate for over 30 years. Spanish speaking instructors.

Karate Class Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Classes
Beginners: 5 pm - 6 pm (All Free Trial Students attend this time frame.)
Intermetiate: 6 pm - 7 pm
Advanced: 7 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday Class
All Students, all ages, all levels: 9:00 am - 11:30 am
Arobics:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Open Class: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
