Our T'ai Chi Ch'uan practice goes beyond an exercise method but includes the martial applications of the T'ai Chi movements. Here we teach the possible uses of T'ai Chi in self-defense situations. The owner and chief instructor, Sifu Joanne is an experienced T'ai Chi Ch'uan Instructor, with a strong background in other martial arts. She continues her study in T'ai Chi, Qi Gong, Taoist Philosophy and Tui Na with Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine here in New England and in Thailand. She has practiced T'ai Chi Ch'uan in New England, Thailand and China.
