Sprint Semester Starts 3rd Week of January!
>>> Self Defense:
Self defense is the core of all martial arts. Each style at BRMAA incorporates basic self defense into its beginning classes.
>>> Pukang Tang Soo Do:
Classes meet Monday & Wednesdays;
Warm-up (Everyone) at 6PM,
Basics/ Self Defense 6:30pm,
Intermediate at 7pm,
Advanced/Sparring at 7:30pm
Age is restricted to 9 and up. Students between the ages of 9 and 13 must enroll with a parent. Very family friendly.
This is a basic Korean system of martial arts that covers empty hand punching, kicking, some grappling, and farm implements as weapons are utilized. An emphasis is placed on forms, sparring, exercise, and long-term learning.
>>> TaMarrian International:
Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays with open training time from 6-8pm. Saturday classes by special arrangement.
Age is restricted to teenagers and up due to the combative nature of what is being taught.
This is an African centered martial art with a global emphasis on the science and culture of fighting around the world. This martial art leans towards combative techniques, covering open hands and weapons. Emphasis is also placed on flow, blending, and intensity.
