Our mission is to promote healthy, age appropriate, challenging fitness programs for women and children.
We offer children after school transportation and homework assistance.
mini Groundfighters (4-6); Groundfighters (7-12) and Teens (12-17)
We have 10 weeks of summer camp from 9:00 am-4:00 pm
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Beachside Training and Martial Arts:
Class times for children are from 4:30 pm-5:00 for the younger (4-6) students and 5:00 pm-6:00 pm for the older students (7-13).
Classes are a combination of mixed martial arts: jiu jitsu, wrestling and striking. In the older class, muay thai is added.
We do require a contract.
Saturdays are for special events such as self defense training and parents' night out.
