Sensei Montalvo over 35 years of studying and training in Shotokan karate-do and continues to study and grow as a Martial artist. She began studying Shotokan karate-do as a child in New York City. Her mentors and teachers over the years are the reason why she continues to share the martial arts with others and continue to grow as a martial artist.
