Method: 'Live Training' & OPPOSITIONAL testing using "fight proven methods" of Combat Systema, BJJ, combat boxing, MMA, kuntao silat, knife on knife.

Avoiding Criminal Attacks: Detecting potential threats before they become manifest, Escaping hold-ups or other attacks, Disengaging from criminal attackers, Accessing & Deploying our defensive weapons & skills (armed & unarmed), Using our defensive tools effectively.

Responding with the full range of oppositionally tested techniques and fight proven methods to combative situations and to survive the criminal attack, save our life or those we love, & RETURN HOME SAFE.

Escaping Criminal Assaults • easy methods to disengage
Easy self-defense methods for women • or anyone else, against larger, stronger, faster, younger, more athletic attackers

• Monday 6:30pm • Wed 6:30pm • Sat 9am

Minimum age: Adults 21 or mature young people if parent is TRAINING also

First two practices are always •FREE•

$40 per month to host gym after that
