Programs & Class Schedule

This Gym is for practitioners who want to learn and train in Shaolin Wushu, Tai Chi, or Muay Thai styles. Unlike many other gyms in the area, both Sifu Keith and Sifu Kevin have learned directly from Chinese and Thai masters and continue to train regularly in China and Southeast Asia. The instructors look to match training with ability in all classes. If you want the real deal, like you would find in the far East, then this is a good school for you. If you want cookie-cutter generic martial arts like in the movies, go somewhere else. Asian healing, culture, meditation, and actual Asian training tours are all included in this gym's curriculum.
