I've been working with AEMMA and Phil Ross for 3+ years for both MMA & KB. He is the absolute best! Physically and mentally, I am probably in the best shape I have ever been. Since starting, I've dropped 20+ pounds, and no longer need cholesterol or BP meds. If a 55 year old like me can do it, anyone can! As Phil says: "It's good for you!"
