Club’s Objectives : Our aim is to develop physical and mental wellbeing by increasing self-awareness and mental focus through the practice of our techniques. It is an art which requires concentration and physical endurance in order to facilitate a student's spiritual cultivation, self-awareness and discipline. Students will learn, through the physical training; basic/advance techniques (kicks, punches and Blocks),Chin na, Empty hand Katas, Bo staff Kata and more.
