Great instruction for BJJ and Muay Tai, dojo maintains teams for each sport that travel and compete in tournaments. Great gym for experienced grapplers, large floor space and boxing ring, Classes are nice and long with ample warm up time additional times availible for rolling. Not a lot of smaller grapplers, seamed like the land of the giants.
Great BJJ, MMA, and May Thai program. Beginner to pro they offer a wide range of experience. Very helpful coaches.
