At Aikido of Salt Lake, we focus on self-development (Do or Path) using the energy of Ki for the purpose of harmony (Ai).
Chief Instructor Philippe Sensei has trained Aikido for 25 years under the guidance of Maruyama Sensei (7th Dan black Belt) of the Maruyama Institute, an organization directly affiliated with the Aikido World Headquarters in Tokyo.
Aikido is fun and safe to train. We welcome everyone from 8 to 80. Come and see how Aikido can make a difference in your life!
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Aikido of Salt Lake:
Schedule:
Wednesdays: 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Thursdays: 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Saturdays: 9:00 – 11:00 am
Observers are welcome anytime. No contract required.
