Aikido for Adults
Students of all levels welcome. Loose fitting clothing which covers arms and legs or a training uniform (preferably a judo gi) is recommended.
Day and Time: Sundays 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Fees and Registration: Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to register, the first class is a free tryout.
Aikido for Kids!
Children learn cooperation, respect, and self-discipline in an atmosphere of enjoyable physical activity. Participants will also gain increased self-confidence and personal safety without learning violence or aggression. These classes are open to all levels of physical ability.
