AR TKD is a family run martial arts school that teaches traditional style Taekwondo. We focus on martial arts techniques, as well as success skills such as respect and leadership. AR TKD has over 5 instructors all 3rd Degree Blackbelts and above. We have over 20 years of experience and are nationally and internationally certified instructors. Ages 5+ are welcome to join our Taekwondo Family. All instructors are background checked and CPR certified. Four of our instructors are national champions in the UTA organization and were members of team USA in 2018. AR TKD can be found in the back left corner of the strip at this location behind New China's old location

Programs & Class Schedule
Our BT Club is for ages 5-7 and is held on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 6 PM. We focus on the basics of martial arts along with teaching manners and leadership skills for our young students.
Our colored belt classes is for ages 7+ and is held on Mondays and Thursdays from 6 - 6:50 PM. This class focuses on teaching our students all the skills they will need to make it to Blackbelt. We also reinforce and teach leadership and good character qualities to everyone in this class. Our colored belts train in traditional taekwondo and also learn basic weapon skills on their path to earning their Blackbelt.
Our Adult and Blackbelt class is ages 15+ on Mondays and Thursdays from 7 - 7:50 PM. Adults get to learn the taekwondo basics with people their size and maturity level, and pick up some advanced skill that lower ranks typically would not at this stage. Our Blackbelt class is a higher intensity than our other classes and put more stress on endurance and technique than previously required. Blackbelts and Adults train in forms, sparring, weapons, self-defense, and board breaking.
