This is an awesome place to learn a effective form of street defense. They dont do any compatitions but for me that was fine because I was only interested in stuff I could use on the job. Im a C.O. and they should excelent techniques for controling inmates who may need to be detained. Great part is they teach KIDS! Just brought my son in and I was amazed in how they connected with him. they were very open and friendly and suprisingly got my extramly shy son to get on the mat and take class(something i didnt expect considering his nature). Cant recommend this place enough!!
